Hey everyone! Let me first start off by saying Prayer Lake is amazing! You can definitely fill the presence of the Lord as soon as you drive on the grounds! It’s a great place to get one on one time with the Creator of the universe, the One who knows me in and out, the One I call my "Daddy"! Prayer Lake is like a safe haven, when the world keeps coming at you! Also, if you ever get the chance to meet Mr. John and Mrs. Joy Mounger you will be extremely blessed, they are truly a gift from the Lord! Dear Johnny and Joy, Mike and I had such a wonderful time at Prayer Lake. We were so comfortable on The Lake House. We were so refreshed and renewed and look forward to coming back in the spring. I so enjoyed reconnecting with Cathy Routh. We keep running into each other from time to time. She is so sweet and now that she is out there full time I know will be such an assest to the ministry. I Came to prayer lake about 4 1/2 months ago never felt the presence of God like that when i entered the Cabin. There were so many things that were made aware to me by being in God's presence. I did not want to leave. And today as i sit here at work very anxious. Because today i get to go back and spend a longer time with God, and being able to seek him for guidance. Prayer Lake holds a special place in my heart. It is a place that i can go and talk with my father and get answers, and just be at one with him. Thanks
Prayer Lake is a blessing! A quiet and serene opportunity to pray and have refuge from day-to-day distractions... Johnny and Joy M. are definitely a blessing as hosts and are an excellent example of putting GOD first.
